Oh how i miss Biltong and people who truly understand it's goodness.
If you are currently living in South Africa - go out and buy yourself a big bag of bull-tongue. If you are not in South Africa... I am sorry. I feel your pain.
what about potjie??? thats a real traditional meal, or better yet what about the maize dish, oh ya had guinnea fowl potjie at Struan house the other night, oh and I say all this while eating a nice dry yet wet piece of super dry meat more affectionatly know as biltong, BILTONG stupid foreigner BILTONG!!!! and its AWESOME!
