went wine tasting at L'Avenir yesterday...
mmm... platter: blue cheese, camembert, salmon pate, biltong, olive mush (i think there is a special name for that but i don't know what it is. it's delicious), nuts, smoked meats, hams, jams, crackers. YUM.
AND THEN THEY NAMED THE WINE FARM AFTER ME.
(just kidding. the owner of the L'Avenir estate is Laroche - I just got in at the right time.)
Also went to see Jeff Dunham show last night - amazing! But more on that later...
