7 things I've learned this week:

1. Chilling with good people, good wine, good pizza and good laughs is one of the best ways to see a New Year in.
2. At the end of the day, it is really only January 1st, just like it was December 1st and November 1st and October 1st...
3. Eating a grapefruit directly after rinsing your mouth with mouthwash is surprisingly not an unpleasant experience.
4. Attempting to record a rap song and edit footage in a program you've never seen before should not be started at 10pm. You will not be in bed before 3am...
5. Family is... Family.
6. Internet banking in a foreign language is NOT fun. it should be avoided at ALL costs.
7. You can be as attractive/beautiful/sexy/good-looking as the bees knees, but if you're not a nice person, you're just not a nice person.
