Save the Dates

I have been doing some freelance design for a wedding Save the Date. The lovely bride gave me permission to share some of the stuff I've been working on... So here it is:


There are a few other versions with slight variations, but these two are my favourite :)
The bride and groom have already chosen the style they like - 
so, out of curiousity... which one do you prefer?

    I like no. 1 better but in 2 you can see the couple better...?

    I think no. 2 but then again, what do I know - but the 'save the date' part in 2 looks like two hearts together

    The couple ended up choosing the first option for the brighter colours :)
