7 things

  1. Even if you have been out of gym routine for a while, it's not too difficult to get back into it, it just requires a small amount of dedication and perseverance.... (and if not, then procrastination works too)
  2. Sometimes the underdog just comes outta nowhere and kicks everyone in the face. Ahem, Wimbledon.
  3. If you clean your house really well (not just "mess transferal") you will feel really good about yourself and your zone.
  4. Don't over-commit yourself to too many things. This is wise. Pay Attention.
  5. If you live far from home and your parents haven't called you in a while, (even though they are on vacation) you will just have to have a little faith that they still love you and think about you. (mom, dad, hi, it's me - your daughter, i live in asia. call me.)
  6. Sometimes you face the tough of decision of whether to watch tv or listen to music. I have managed to invent a way to to both. Simultaneously. Whilst blogging. I'm working on getting in some book reading too. Multi-tasking is key. 
  7. It's nice to have a furry friend to welcome you when you get home :)
