{Early works: Picasso}

Photobucket
A few weeks ago I was at the Natural History Museum in London and came across the early works of Pablo Picasso. They are very cartoon-esque and at first it was quite hard to believe that these were actually the works of Picasso. Most of the pencil drawings and cartoons had a very Quentin Blake style. Here are a few snaps:

Another awesome thing which lets you create collages using artworks and clothing is Polyvore. Here are a few of the collages which have been created using the later works of Picasso.

how fascinating, I didn't realise that Picasso developed that style within his earlier works as well, as later on... I'll have to try and get to the Natural History Museum to see these, I love Picasso
